I’m a decidedly anxious individual. This often manifests as me picking or biting my nails as a physical manifestation of that problem—a nasty habit I’ve been trying my entire life to bust. I picked up this little ring as a way to handle being anxious but it’s done wonders for my nail picking habit. I highly, highly recommend giving it a go. It may not work for you but it’s one of those things where you may as well try if you’ve been dealing with it for years like I have.The ring itself is cute and minimalist. I’ve been wearing it all day except during showers for the past several days and have had no staining on my skin or wear and tear on the ring itself.The little beads move around freely on the band. It’s adjustable so you can use it on whatever finger you like. I’ve found it’s best on my ring finger for fidgeting with my thumb.
