These are really light weight, cheap plastic. This is something that I would expect to get in a $0.25 bubble gum machine, or maybe the $1 store in the mall. Definitely not worth the price. The material claimed to be alloy, which technically there are plastic alloys, but most of the time the term alloy usually refers to a metal of some sort. For the size of these, solid steel may have been too heavy for the ear lobes, but hollow steel or solid aluminum would have worked and still have a metallic clink sound to them. These plastic ones sound like plastic and hang and swing like they have no weight to them making them look cheap. Just be warned.
