The product was shipped and received quickly. It came in excellent condition and well-packaged. The ball replacements come in a plastic bag inside of a fabric pouch inside of a plastic zip bag, so there's no way they'll fall out or anything during shipping. I've been wearing one of the replacements for a few days now and it's perfect. It screwed on easily and I haven't had any issues with it becoming loose or falling off like some other comments have said. I like that there's 5 of each size also just in case I end up losing a ball again. Highly recommend.

Fits perfectly and I didn’t even realize it had a few different sizes of balls. My son took the largest ones before I snapped the picture - but they are even larger than the biggest ones you can see

Literally all of the balls did not fit the holes were too big and didn’t screw on properly. Waste of money and time.
