I too order this watch and it arrived not working. I'm not sure if it's a dead battery, but at the same time I'm not inclined to deal with it! Items should arrive in operationally fit. Sending it back for a new one. This is a bit ridiculous, but I suppose it happens now and then. The watch does look sharp in case you're wondering.
