It's actually a picture of that, shrunk down so small that it's just a solid grainy pink background with some tiny flecks in it. The text is plastered on top of that stock photo background in white rather than light pink as pictured, too. If you were looking for the pink glitter nail polish look featured in the picture, that's not what you're actually getting.
