In our gallery, I have some jewelry created by artists. As is common, they bring in pieces without appropriate packaging, so I provide that. These boxes are the perfect size for the pendants and their cords/chains. They are easy to wrap for gifts as well. Provides decent protection for transporting in a bag with multiple items.

I ordered these jewelry boxes for packaging of my handmade earrings. I normally order a different color but thought these might be a nice change. The outside quality is very nice but where they outshine my others is the cotton batting inside. The cotton is almost twice as thick. If you were shipping and wanted protection on both sides you could pull the batting apart and protect both sides. Of course I actually ship in a larger box but this would protect from sliding back and forth during shipment. I love these boxes and recommend them.

I was not pleased that each of these gift boxes had a "made in China" sticker on the front. The boxes are a good size for jewelry, and they have a thick white fibrous pad that protects small items. The pad is dense, and it doesn't work with larger pieces. I have ordered other gift boxes at a better price that are better suited for the pendants I make. The Made in China label on the box misrepresents the items I am using the boxes for.

People who buy empty jewelry boxes are usually selling jewelry that they made themselves or vintage/ antique jewelry that they collect. The jewelry has nothing to do with China. A made in China sticker on the box is going to sow doubt and distrust in customers. I have ordered empty jewelry boxes dozens of times- not once did those boxes have a country of origin sticker on them! As you can see from my pics, the stickers do not remove easily or cleanly. The boxes are unusable due to this alone, but- the batting pads inside the box are very thick and cut flush to the top of the container, which makes them unusable in yet another way. You can't put jewelry inside on top of that cushioning and close the box, which means you have to take the batting out and throw it away. You have no protection for the jewelry inside then- why did they bother? Finally, the value itself- these are not competitively priced at all. You can get nicer boxes with velvet felt cushion pads [that actually hold and protect jewelry] in a larger quantity for less cost. These are not a good purchase.

Very well made they seem like really good quality and like they will hold up well in shipping! I do wish that the boxes did not have a made in china label on the bottom i feel like it messes with the aesthetic, but the boxes are still nice and look just like the pictures!
