It's nice that this comes as a set because if you have a co-worker or friend that's constantly with you for business stuff, it's nice to have matching pins. They're small but that's how these type of pins are so it's not really a complaint. It's hard to read what it says until you're right up against it but again, that's just how these things are.I've had one on my jacket for about 3 months now and it's never fallen off! It may be the first time I've ever had a pin that doesn't fall off!
