Great necklace, my girlfriend loved it! Definitely worth the price. The ruby was a nice clear red and the surrounding gems looked nice too. Also, the chain was a good length and the silver looked great. I was initially worried that it would be a little small, but once I received the necklace I was surprised to how much bigger and better it looked. Overall, i'm more than satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend it as a gift.

I purchased this as a birthstone reminder for a miscarriage I experienced in July. This necklace is the perfect size, shape and color. I wear it all the time and it is lightweight and seems sturdy. So happy I bought this, you can't go wrong. It looks real.

The necklace itself is very nice. The chain is short, which I knew from the description (18" on a somewhat thick neck has very little "drop," you'll only get the length seen in the example image if you have a fairly slim neck.) The pendant (why is there no size description of the pendant?) is smaller than I anticipated, but very cute; if you lay it (including the bail) across a dime (with the point of the heart lined up with the edge) it covers the length of the dime plus a couple mm extra. The heart is 1.2 cm (12 mm) and the entire pendant (including bail) is 2 cm (20 mm.)I deducted a star (and will leave a seller review) because the chain was severely knotted when I received it. Even though it was secured in its container and couldn't have possibly knotted during shipping, the chain had 3 large and difficult-to-undo knots. I spent a good ten minutes with a bright light and a needle carefully teasing apart the knots. Also, the box itself wasn't great quality and taking the barcode stickers off of it ripped the material; though I bought this necklace for myself, the packaging wouldn't really be suitable for gift-giving (especially not if you end up gifting a knotted necklace.)

My wife loves it!Sometimes she wants to wear something nice without having to worry about it if the chain breaks or accidentally leave it somewhere (gym, etc.)It looks great - she loves it - and if something happens to it you're not having to go through the hassle of an insurance investigation/claim.Perfecto!

My immediate response upon opening the box was I did not like it. However, once I took it out of the box and checked it out, I realized it was really pretty. It has nice sparkle. I put it on my other chains, so I could vary the length. I wear this a lot.

I just received this package today. Inside the package was a jewelry type box with NOTHING inside. It's two days before Christmas and all I got was the box with no necklace. Very upset about this. 0 star review for this order.
