I liked everything about this necklace surprisingly (just bad luck in the past with online purchases). The stone felt solid but wasn't too heavy and did not irritate my skin. The necklace portion was adjustable to any length for comfort and I was thoroughly impressed. However, it fell on the floor when I was vacuuming I was not paying attention and it got sucked in and shattered into several pieces as in the picture below. BUT, the one day I wore it to work it was extremely comfortable and I received tons of compliments about it. Thanks for this product I love itPS: I wrote the seller just to say thank you, and that even though my own stupidity caused it to break I loved the product a lot. They responded within two hours and sent me another without me asking. So if everyone is following along that's....1) Awesome quality product2) Awesome customer service without having to say a word.. When doing these type of things online you are always worried. For the first time in a long time I have zero critiques for this seller. Everything was absolutely spot on and when they took the time to respond it wasn't automated. They actually paid attention to what happened and what I was saying, and made it right. Made it right within 2 hours. Now of course I didn't receive my replacement product within two hours, but to know that they cared enough about a customer to do that is not the norm in today's time. I will continue to use them in the future. Thank you so much!Update: Just received the new necklace, and I wanted to say thanks again. I will try to be more careful and take care of it, but you did not have to send me one for free. I honestly can't express how much I love this necklace. I hope you all have a great day

I must first start off by saying I'm not the best at leaving reviews but because this is so personal I feel it is necessary. I ordered this to replace an Obsidian pendant I have not removed from my neck in over a year. I do everything w it on from swimming to gym. I am a collector of all types of healing crystals from all over the world. I am also very knowledgeable in the healing properties they have. I do appreciate your item description, for those who are unaware of types of stones ,as well as what kind is best for their needs. Thank you for caring enough to pass that knowledge to people looking to purchase such precious pieces of our earth as jewelry amulets. At first I did not understand your company name, but after receiving it, I saw the logo which I thought was meaningful to your products as well as shows true intentions of love meditation handcrafted into your pieces. It's quite genius for a company name as applies to all items. I am very picky about craftsmanship in an item like this,especially Obsidian but was blown away with the details. I depend on these to balance myenergy i am extremely sensitive to certain radio frequencies and electronics this helps with grounding that energy as much as my other one. This one is more comfortable and the cording itself is very soft compared to others you have to wear down. The knotting details are gorgeous. Will definitely be back. Packaging is very high quality and keeps item protected while very classy designed boxes. Thanks! I love it would highly recommend.

Amazing quality of the stone, love it and very good detail on the rope that holds it. The only issue I have is with the rope itself, unfortunately, it does not last. Even thou I am removing the necklace every night and set it to rest, I still get rope unraveling in some areas and I had to already use a lighter to burn some of the pulled out pieces of rope off... I think I'm about two month away from looking for a new rope to hold the stone which is unfortunate considering how good this one feels and looks together​.

I'm new to the healing crystal thing. I bought this after talking to someone about Obsidian and the properties it has. I was curious to find out if it would really help my anxiety. I really wanted a pendant/necklace I could wear and keep on me at all times. After having no luck in finding something I liked at the local shops i jumped on here and immediately found this.I've really liked this pendant. I have felt a change in regards to anxiety. Feel much calmer and find that things that used to stress me out have little effect on me now. I wear this pretty much 24/7. It's comfortable, very well made and looks great.The packaging was great. I felt it gave it a personal touch. i would definitely recommend this.

I received my order very fast without any problems. I absolutely LOVE this necklace and I wear it almost daily. It's a wonderful accessory and I have received many compliments and also conversation initiated from it. I have not noticed any signs of wear and tear with the actual pendant/stone part. I may eventually need to replace the necklace, it seems like it may eventually wear down around the part that it attaches to the pendant. Overall I feel like the quality is great, it's a beautiful piece that I enjoy wearing.

I really love this necklace and I think that this company does amazing work. I know a lot of companies make pieces like this and others but I am so impressed with their commitment to their customers here. I've purchased pieces from others that are nice also but none have had quite the same touch. All of their pieces come with a card that describes the benefits of the semi-precious stones. I also love that they come in a gift box that I am happy to give these to others in but also to save the boxes from the pieces I keep to use later :)

When I purchased this the other day, I really wasn't expecting much of anything in the way of packaging. Maybe in a plastic sleeve. I opened the envelope, and the necklace came in a beautiful gift box, and in that, it was in a lovely little bag!! The pendant itself is light in weight, and it is so pretty!
