I am one year away from retirement. I decided to treat myself to this anniversary lapel pin. The pin arrived quickly and properly inscribed with my name. Everywhere I go , people take notice or have complimented me. The pin is well made and just the right size to pin to a suit lapel. For 10 bucks , I doubt the price can be beat.

My only disappointment was that the number and the sleeves were painted on and fall off with 2 weeks of use I thought it was going to be engraved like the company name. I was embarrassed when our employee came back to told us the pin was blank.

The protective coating need to be re-evaluated. My co workers really liked my pin but now, what do I say when the asked where is it. I am sad. I waited a long time for this now, in little over a month of proudly wearing my 20 years of service pin, the 20 years have faded away.
