I had a surgery this week and had to take my piercings out. I used this for my septum - it was my first time changing out my septum piercing. I was super nervous but this worked perfectly. I did have to use tweezers to hold it but it was easy to hold the plastic piece with my tweezers and get it in, I thought getting it in would be a struggle but it was not. I was also scared it would fall out but I have had no issues with that!! I’m on day 2 of wearing it and it’s super comfortable, I forget it’s there, I’m actually able to blow my nose and it’s much more comfortable than the ball clasp ring I was pierced with. Would purchase again!!:)

This was so easy to put in and it stays in place. It’s also really comfortable, i cant even feel it.

Only reason I’m not doing 5 stars is because of how hard these things are to get in. They are a flexible plastic and tiny! BUT, once you manage to finally get it in, they stay put and I don’t even notice it. I’ve had one in for a few weeks now and been swimming even and it hasn’t moved or anything. So overall, super great retainer but the only complaint is just how incredibly difficult and tedious it is to put in.

I’m a nurse and these are a perfect option for hiding my septum piercing at work. They’re comfortable and easy to put in. And I like to keep the extras in my work bag just in case I need them.

I bought these in a pinch because the other 2 custom made glass ones were both lost in the same day due to my having a cold. Blew my nose, out they both fell, a sacrifice to the floor gods. I saw these and thought theyd be the same size and needed them fast. Package arrived fast, I opened it up and....is this a joke? Maybe for a Barbie doll, but theres no way I could fit this in my nose. I tried for a while to get one in to no avail. So now I'm out money and I have to continue wearing a very uncomfortable bioflex ring to hide my piercing at work.

These are perfect; small, discreet, and while my package came with 19 instead of 20, there are quite a few, which is great if I do happen to lose any. I keep them in a contact case with disinfectant in my purse so they're handy.

Metal and small, staple shaped retainers were wonderful. I bought this product for work (healthcare) and figured the flexible, plastic, horseshoe shape would be wonderful. I wanted the other retainers too, just to try out. My septum is only 6 months old now, so I was ready to adventure out. However, skip the variety pack, and just get the small, staple shaped retainers. The clear horseshoe ones were way too small and ended up looking like snot. They are okay quality for the price, but they were small, didn’t fit right, and wouldn’t bend to a comfortable fit. Again, skip the variety pack. Other than the clear horseshoe retainers, the rest of the retainers were great.

These little clear retainers are intimidating at first bc of their shape, but they are perfect for hiding a septum piercing and super comfortable. I have worn mine for a week now and I forget it’s even there. It was a little hard to put in at first bc of my acrylic nails. But the square shape makes it sit perfectly in place.
