If you are just looking for the appearance of hematite you've found a match but I had 0g plugs that were real hematite that were heavier than these. You can clearly see by looking inside the tunnel there is a cheep fillert and clearly is just colord or plated to appear as hematite. Therse a small chance that there's a small layer of hematite around the tunnel itself.

These Pierced Owl Hematite Stone Light Weight Double Flared Tunnel Plugs, Sold as a Pair are really nice. Unfortunately the flare is far too large compared to my 0G ears and I cannot fit them into my ears at all. If your ears have more elasticity, they may work for you, but unfortunately they do not work for me.
