I bought these as a gift for my husband and they're beautiful. They fit perfectly and the sizing is accurate for his 16mm (5/8) lobes. These stone plugs aren't too heavy but they do have a nice weight to them. The polish on the plugs is really good and they arrived in pristine condition..no chips, cracks or rough areas. The wearable length is fairly average, however they fit my husband's thicker lobes well. I tried them on too, and they are ideal in my average lobes. They are very comfortable to wear and so smooth... The color of the striations ranges from dark cool toned gray, medium neutral gray, light warm toned gray and off white. The veins in the jasper don't match, as is often the case with natural stone, but the pair I recieved appear to be paired well. The coloration on both plugs, while different, is similar in tones and size of striations. I believe the seller paired them together for this reason, and if so they did a great job. I have included photos of the plugs I recieved, both sides on the plugs are great and you can easily see the smooth polish. We typically buy our plugs and body jewelry from BAF, and these are the same high quality we expect from specialty stores. You cant beat this price and quality, however.If you're considering these, get em. They're worth it and barring some accident with shipping, you'll likely be just as happy as my husband was when he opened his gift.

Product was delivered quickly and with care!Gauges were made of high quality jasper stone, turquoise, and natural wood (redwood or pine by the looks of it)!Gauges did not fit, but that is only because I ordered the wrong size, failing to check what size the Amazon App had automatically selected before checkout!Return and refund was simple and easy, and at the time of this review I have re-ordered in the correct gauge size!

One of my gauges has a red streak through it and it's cracked along it. Otherwise they are lovely. A little big of a lip, but that's good because you want them to stay in place.

Love these. The marble jasper look is awesome. They came a lot more grey and white and they are one of my favs to wear since I wear a lot of grey.

Sooooo good. I bought them two years ago and just lost one so I had to reorder. They are perfect to sleep in, so comfortable. They dont soak up scents like wood or silicone do. These are my go-to every day wear and sleep. I had dropped my last pair several times cleaning and they did start to slightly crack but they were still wearable even then. I was so sad when i lost one on a night out even tho they typically dont fall out that easily so I was shocked when i got home!

UPDATED REVIEW****When I ordered these before in a 3/4, I got EXACTLY what was pictured. They were perfect. So when I stretched my ears larger, I was so excited to get another pair. That is, until they were delivered. What I received was the COMPLETE opposite from what I ordered before. They are just straight up gray. Literally no color variation. I’ve seen a few other more recent reviews stating the same thing with plugs that look exactly like mine. If I wanted straight up gray plugs, that’s what I would’ve ordered. I’ve reached out to Pierced Owl to let them know what happened and they said I needed to contact Amazon. Amazon told me to contact them. I messaged them back explaining this and I asked to just exchange them which I haven’t received a response back. There was another review stating they ordered from SoScene when they ordered these and the quality was so much better. I did the same thing when I ordered these and that review was 100% right. If I can’t exchange these, I’ll just start shopping with SoScene. I’m so sad these weren’t what I ordered before because they were my favorite plugs that I wore all the time.Okay enough with my crash course in gauges (lol), all in all - these are great plugs. My pair look very similar to the picture. I think all pairs are different designs. I’ve slept with them in and had no issues. Also, with certain materials of gauges, sometimes you’ll get that “ear smell” (if your ears are stretched, you know what I’m talking about). Always keep your lobes clean. I have no experienced any issues with that with these plugs even when I’ve forgotten to take them out. They’re lightweight and very pretty.
