Item looked just like the pic. However, this item is designed strangely. The portion that goes into the piercing is very stiff and too short. Once put in the ring barely moved. Caused some soreness due to moving the item to wash while in the shower. The dangling portion got caught on everything. Ended up loosing the dangling portion somewhere.
