This pincher is absolutely perfect. I got it in the size 12mm (1/2) idk what that even means but I was worried it wouldn’t fit but it slid right in with zero pain. I was wearing a thick septum clicker anyways (like not the standard 16g jewelry ) but idk what size my old clicker was all I know is I think it helped stretch my septum a bit to prepare me for this pincher. The jewelry isn’t itchy at all so I’d say it’s sensitive skin friendly but I’ll update if I get any bad itching.

Feels like cheap plastic. Satisfied with size.Rubber washers to keep in place are not well. I already lost one. Unable to find it. Wish it came with backup.Very sharp somewhat at the tips lol. Looks dope though.

The media could not be loaded.  has a bit of weight to it which i love, i wear a 10g and it’s significantly shorter than the usual septum pinchers, but that’s exactly what i’ve been looking for. will be ordering the next size up from this company👍🏼

the gauge felt a little thicker than 16 but my nose got used it to it real quick and it honestly stays straight better. The lil plastic holders actually help and are easy to get on. I like this one a lot super solid for only like $10

i had to stretch my existing septum w this one since this one was bigger (manageable pain, but i have anxiety so it took awhile). it stopped hurting soon enough and was definitely worth it !
