I bought this back in August for my Helix. Decided to go with something else and put it to the side. I got my Monroe done and decided this was the piece that I wanted for there. I am not disappointed. It's my favorite piece of jewelry to date. Yes it's small, but it works perfectly in the space I have it in. It is a pain in the butt to get it screwed in but for me that's all internally threaded pieces. Due to the shape it isn't as difficult as screwing on a tiny ball though. So far no issues with gems falling out. I plan to buy a back up one just in case.

I itched my nose today and got scratched by a very sharp piece of metal. Looked in the mirror, and one stone had come out. The piece that held it was gone. And another stone is coming loose. First day wearing it! Very upsetting.

Actually looks great, just a little too large and heavy. The weight caused the edge to tilt and cut and be uncomfortable. Would probably work well for the ear but not the nose.

I bought this for my ear piercing. I couldn’t really see what was going on in the mirror. My fingers were in the way of my view lol everyone around me has acrylic nails (took mine off) and they couldn’t even hold the butterfly in their fingers. After God placed that butterfly in the hole twisting it hurt considering the wings was scratching my ear up. BUT it’s definitely so cute while it’s on. If it wasn’t so hard to try to out on I would consider buying more to switch out but no thanks lol

This was super cute when it came, and I placed it in my tragus. Unfortunately I didn’t wear it very long and all but one gem fell out after a short amount of time. I wouldn’t buy again because unfortunately quality is lacking.
