Took product out of package. Attempted to unscrew top ball. Bottom image ball broke off rod. Like it was barely attached. Useless! Not the only customer this has happened to.

It was very good I never had a infection from it at all I still use it and I got this about 2 years ago I love it the size of the bar is perfect and the ball at the top never randomly comes off

Just got mine in the mail and after taking it out of the package, I tried to unscrew the metal ball but it would not and while trying to unscrew it, the rod snapped off of the piece as you can see in the picture. I think the ball came too tightly screwed on or something, but even in 2 pieces, I still cant unscrew the ball even with pliers.

Just took it out of the package for the first time to clean and wear and the big 69 ball came right off. Wasn't made good. Not even threaded into the ball. 👎🏾😡👎🏾
