When buying jewelry that is a post like this you are ALWAYS supposed to slightly bend the bar that goes on the inside. That will make it secure and extremely hard to fall out. I noticed in the reviews a lot of people did not do that and they lost the gem, that's not a manufacturing issue. Bend them to make them fit tightly, just like in the second picture I posted. I bite them lightly to bend them. Doesn't take very much pressure at all, and I've had them in for months with no issues of them falling out or becoming loose.
