The jewels come up really high and cause you to have indentions… I have a super small nose and it’s was very uncomfortable for a 8mm. It’s so pretty tho!!!

As a septum its a no go, the gems are pretty but highly painful to have on for any amount of time. its really hard to get a hold of with no clearance and painful to remove. i wanted to love this, i really did, but sadly its too painful.

The media could not be loaded.  It's very pretty, but there is no clearance between your nose and the very pointy gems settings as my pic shows. it is hard to close and usually painful. I sneeze every time I I initially put it in from the pinching sensation. This should really be a 10mm. 8mm is just too tight.

This is so beautiful, I really wish it was wider in diameter. It's way too small/tight for a septum piercing, but it would still look fabulous elsewhere. Very pretty, just too small for septum piercing.

Super cute, but very uncomfortable if you don’t get a bigger ring size. Go bigger than what you would normally get, otherwise the pendant parts of it irritate your nose.
