The main problems with these dangling belly button rings are gems falling off and pieces breaking off. Fortunately, I haven't run into any of these issues with this piece!It measures roughly 2 3/8 inches long. The top ball and lower ball have one gem each, while the stars are covered in many smaller gems. The gems on the points of the larger star are gold, providing a nice accent.The metal quality seems to be good, as it hasn't bent or discolored my skin at all. I really like this ring so it's easily become one of my favorites!
