I had the hardest time trying to find a septum ring that had screw in balls that were gold. After an hour of googling and finding somewhere that I could get the ring asap of course I ended up on Amazon. As someone who struggles with septum balls, this was pretty easy to put on. It’s not too big or too small for my nose it’s just right.

Product quality is good, but in less than a day I have already lost a ball, and they don't sell replacement so im stuck having to buy a new one. :((

The ball portion has fallen out multiple times even though I’ve fastened it quite tight. This last time it fell off, was unfortunately in public so I wasn’t able to find it.

This nose ring is higher quality than what you would get at a local mall store. It fits smaller than your typical septum ring. If you have a large nose I would suggest getting the wider one. I love this ring! The only dislike is the balls come loose easily.

These are exactly as described and high quality. They are ever-so-slightly larger than the 16GA they are replacing (pvd coating?), but not enough to cause any issues whatsoever. Went into both daiths (5mo old) perfect.

This jewelry was the perfect size and very cute. I was excited about it at first until I wore it. The balls are very difficult to get on and they fall off very easily. A ball literally fell off while I was eating. I lost it 3 times before it was gone for good. I was washing my face and when I lifted my head and opened my eyes, the jewelry was gone. It just fell down the sink. What a waste of money.
