I've been having issues with a lot of septum rings lately as they say they are "surgical steel" but the hinges aren't usually pure steel and have been making my nose itch terribly. I bought this ring as a last ditch effort before thinking I'd be doomed to wear horse shoe rings forever and I'd have to say it was the best choice I've met yet about my septum. Totally easy to clasp and is true titanium. I love how the gem isn't cheapy placed into the jewelry either. I've had this ring about a month now and I'm probably going to buy their other gem style soon! Highly recommend!

I really have enjoyed this product. I got my daith piercing in September 2019. I was having a really hard time getting it to heal with the surgical stainless steel jewelry. I've had multiple piercings and have never had an issue with that type of metal before. 3 months later, after exhausting all other options, my piercer suggested that I purchase a titanium piece of jewelry for my daith piercing. This was the only piece that said surgical grade titanium. I liked the little diamond and the fact that it was silver in color. It's a beautiful piece. When I got the earring in the mail I went straight to the piercing studio and she popped the piece of jewelry in for me. Here we are 3 months later and I am completely healed; no more secretions or scabbing around the pierced area. I really like this piece of jewelry. The little crystal is still in place and the whole piece looks as good as the day I got it. Which is a pleasant surprise considering the vigorous washing process I've put it through; hot compresses, healing salt spray, qtip probing, and washing 2 times per day everyday for 3 months. I actually liked this piece so much I purchased a second one just on case something happened to this one.

1000% my favorite. I needed a segmented ring opened to a bigger opening to fit my septum properly this one fits properly at 8 mm. Without hanging down almost to the top of my lip only other ones I've been able to get working 10 mm and they were just too big

wanted to love it, it was great till i tried to change it and then couldn't get it to close again. so now i have another ring that is a one use and done cuz it bends at the hinge and won't line up right.

This jewelry is of good quality but the closure is difficult to open to remove from a piercing. I like to change my jewelry out every 2-4 weeks for styling purposes, and trying to open this to remove from my septum left me with a sore nose. I’m giving it 4 stars however because the ring itself is really good. Maybe just remake it so that it’s not so hard to open?

It's lovely, I had however initially bought it for my daith but it's too small at 8mm, so I put it in my helix but it is true titanium and easy to clasp, update I bought a 10mm and used it to pierce my daith, it's perfect I love it!
