I love this ear hoop. I wear it all the time in my upper ear pricing. I shower and sleep with it in and my ear never bothers me. That's says alot for someone like me with super sensitivities

I wanted to love this soooo much, but alas, it was not meant to be...I have a pretty bad sensitivity and allergy to pretty much all metals but gold, so finding cute and inexpensive jewelry for piercings can be a CHORE. They're always either too expensive, not my style, or straight up ugly.I have been trying to find some nice moon themed nose rings and studs, without much luck (again, see above). I love that this nose ring has the little moon and star stud, but also has a hoop, too. The best of both worlds!I measured my nose to be sure which diameter I needed (8mm), and ordered.First things first, this thing is a pain in the butt to put in. I almost wrote it off the first time I tried, because trying was irritating my nose and causing a little bit of swelling. My second attempt was more successful, but did require the use of pliers. The metal is not easy to "bend", which is good in that it won't easily get bent out of shape, but makes it difficult to put in.Now the sad part, after a couple of days it started turning green and my skin started to have a reaction, meaning the gold-plating wasn't holding up very well. I can usually wear gold-plated jewelry without issue if it's good quality. So this meant it had to come out.Well, this turned into a whole other painful ORDEAL. The pliers had to come out again, only this time it was more stubborn, and my poor nose was already sensitive and starting to swell, which didn't help. I finally got the thing out, but my nose was definitely sore for the rest of the day.It's such a shame, because for the couple of days I got to wear it, it was one of my favorite nose rings looks-wise.

It's very nice little piece I'm not an expert at this type of jewelry ,actually this is the first time I've looked into a ring for a nose piercing.bur I can say that for the price the craftsmanship is excellent. the packaging is sealed and clean shows great care goes into the making and seeing it gets to its purchaser's with no doubts or concerns about its installation .I'm a dude what more can I say here! Its .pretty! the friend i gifted it too loved it! Oh and it comes in two gages and a couple differnt design types.👍
