Necklace came with a knot in it! Also measured and discovered it was only 13.5 inches instead or the 14 inches that I ordered! Very disappointed in shops quality and dependability! I expect new neckline will NOT come with defective knot in it and 1/2 shorted necklace! Please check necklace before mailing to be sure there are no defects in the necklace and measure it to be sure it is 14 inches, as a 13.5 will not fit my neck!

The post on this earring was so tiny, it didn't even screw into the backing. It fell out so many times I eventually lost the earring. Will not repurchase.
