It's cute in the pic but when I saw it in person I wasn't impressed. Quality wasn't bad but I've ordered better. The spike in the middle is too long and the ring itself isn't that larger of a circumference. I think it would be cuter if the spike in the middle wasn't so much bigger than the others. Just my personal opinion.

seems to be ok quality but theres really no way to know if it's implant grade titanium. i put it in my stretched septum and it fits perfect, the latch is a little too easy to open though imo

I put it on and then couldn’t even get it off. Next to my regular nose ring for comparison that’s already a bit snug on me. This one was way way tinier than advertised.
