The ring is very sturdy. It does not unclick easily so you won’t have to worry about it falling out. I got it on Sunday and one of the diamonds already came off. It could also be my anatomy, but the ring kind of pinched my septum continuously. I had to take it out today because my septum holes were irritated. I switched back to a piece I know is titanium and the irritation went away. So not sure if this is actual titanium either. Other than these things; in appearance it is a beautiful ring.
