I ordered a 4 gauge by ⅝" (16mm) for my deep Prince Albert/Dolphin piercing (no pics, they wouldnt be approved). The detent doesn't "click" real firm when closed, but it does latch in place. The hinge itself is really firm and a little difficult to move, which isn't exactly a bad thing, so that helps keep it closed. It was clean and all of the edges are nice and smooth. It is a perfect fit, I love it!! It also has a very nice high polish!!

I'm using this for my PA. It is much more comfortable than a captive bead ring. The ring doesn't catch on anything, therefore it doesn't need adjustment from walking around, etc. You can squish into tight jeans and there are no beads to cause pain. Very nice!

it’s very nice, the seam is well polished and it’s not so heavy it irritates my nose. exactly what I was looking for. this is my first “bull ring” kind instead of horseshoe and I love it now!!

This hinged segment ring is exactly what I was looking for. Without standard bar and ball design it doesn't catch or hang on clothing. Extremely comfortable to wear.
