The bar is long enough for swelling if you are using it for a fresh piercing and it’s easy to put in since it is a internal push in type of belly ring, but unfortunately since the bar is bent the the jewelry points down so it doesn’t lay flat against your stomach and can’t see the pretty gem, and since it is a push in gem it bends and twist and that's so annoying..overall it’s comfortable to wear good quality seems to be real titanium and I would recommend for fresh and healed piercings.
