I love the look of this so much I got it although I do not have a labret piercing. I am wearing it with an earring backing in cartilage and it looks quite nice.For anybody who's trying to screw this off, it is pull off/press on. However, the stud came slightly bent and I am not sure this will stand the test of time if it is taken out and inserted again often. Apart from that, the piece seems to be well made with the crystals held in place by tiny brackets. I will see how long this is holding up and repost if I run into any problems.

I really loved this when I got it, but the problem is the gem just slips into the other half of the piercing. I lost the gem side not long after putting it in. I feel like they should have at least made it a screw fasten earring. It has nothing to keep it from just falling out. I was really pretty but I wouldn't buy for the reason it's easily going to fall out.

This stud is really small, and while it is supposed to be small, it is so small that it is on the edge of hard to handle. I say that, because, as I was inspecting it and getting ready to take a photo, I dropped it and it disappeared to who-knows-where. I heard it hit the floor, but even on my hands and knees, and with glasses and a flashlight, as hard as I looked . . . I could not find it. This item came in a plastic bag, and I don't blame the bag, but I did have to dump the bag out into my palm and that is where I lost the item. If it had been mounted on a card in a small box, I think I would have been less likely to drop it. It was pretty for what little I got to see of it, but was not as green as I had hoped it would be, as my intention was to give it to a friend who very much enjoys the color green. The the difficulty in handling, and the muted color, I'm taking away a star.Four Star Tiny Lip Stud
