I’ve been using this barbell for about 3 weeks now and it’s great I’ve had no problems with it, quality is great shipping was fast and length is perfect for my needs.I got a naval piercing 5 weeks ago but the barbell I received was too short and was cratering causing a pressure sore which I confused for an infection the first 2 weeks but once I realized what it was I ordered this longer barbell and it came sealed and packaged very well, because it said it was sterilized all I did was put on gloves clean my site and replace my other barbell and I’ve had no problems (irritation, migration, infection, etc.) since then. The only thing to note is that the barbell is NOT internally threaded (it never claimed to be) just something to be aware of.

This is exactly what I needed. When I had my belly pierced, they stated they used jewelry for sensitive skin but ones labeled like that do not always work for me. My piercing had healed over all but I kept developing an abscess. I purchased this and put it in and now my piercing is doing MUCH better. This is my every day wear ring now.

It’s just what I was looking for, fits perfect. The only problem is that unlike other piercings I’ve gotten, this one is usually difficult to put in. Feels great while in though.

The product title doesn't lie, this ring is very sterile and professional. My skin has expensive taste; I break out with cheaper jewelry like brass alloys (or any non-precious metals) and I have had bad breakouts with other amazon purchases that stated that their product was "316L surgical steel", so I tried this product which seemed a little more reliable, and it did not disappoint. I have worn it every day for the last three months, and it's been a very reliable product (no breakage, no breakouts, no infection)With regards to Amazon, I would be very careful picking a product, check the ratings and if there are any reviews with breakouts that swerve the overall rating, just don't get it. I got my belly button pierced and they used the wrong length for me. My jewelry after a week as a result began to dig into my skin and it looked nasty and was in severe pain. I ordered this and put it in, it was easy and painless despite being a new piercing and now the irritation is gone only after a few days and my piercing looks fantastic. I am so thankful. 10/10 would recommend.

Great product, I got the 14mm because my belly piercing got suuuuper infected with a bar that was too small, I switched it out for this one and my piercing finally has room to breathe! Admittedly it isn't a very pretty or fancy ring but it comes in sterile packaging (which surprised me as most online rings don't) and it's high quality titanium (all of my piercings have gotten infected and as soon as I changed to titanium they healed just fine). Both balls screw off which means you can put it in from the top or bottom which is so nice. I highly recommend this if you need a long bar and you are allergic to most metals

Recently got my belly pierced 2 weeks ago, the ring my piercer gave me was too short. Changed it to this one & my piercing is finally healing. Came sterilized & sealed, so happy its simple too, I dont want anything that will bump into everything.

I really wanted to like this product. I love the length. My original bar was 10mm and it was way too small and didn’t allow for any swelling which caused other issues. The 14mm is perfect for swelling and doesn’t get caught on stuff. However, the ball has fallen off of the bar several times. Over the course of 3 days, the lower ball that you screw on has fallen off three times ending with me losing it. I have never had an issue with any other of my belly rings like I have with this one. I always made sure it was on very tight but it always managed to unscrew and fall off again. I expected better quality for the money. I do not recommend this product.
