I worked as a Physical Therapist for a cpl decades & was reputed as an expert that always thought "outside the box." In 2013, my hands were so painful and crippled with osteoarthritis that I couldn't even hold a pen. All treatments I knew were, for the most part, temporary, AND expensive. I ran across info that magnets might reduce the debilitating effects I experienced. These bracelets are laughingly inexpensive, but I absolutely SWEAR on their efficacy. The 1st bracelets I bought were at a dollar store. I bought out the store (to the surprise of everyone). I've never been without hematite bracelets since back in 2013, and although my hands definitely have the visual symptoms of arthritis (for example, the bumps by the 1st knuckle of each finger, called Heberdons nodes...excuse spelling), I have virtually NONE of the pain or spasms I had almost a decade ago. I can't recommend these enough...forget fashion, these work!
