Beautiful necklace, and amazing customer service. The design is subtle and actually feels androgynous. The charm is really sturdy, too. I’d read about the stone falling out, but I have worn mine every day for two months without any problems (and I work with very small children - it isn’t handled with care). I did get some sort of break in the cord, almost but not quite all the way through. I really like the cord and didn’t know if it was a defect or me being rough on it, so I asked Trilogy if I could buy a new cord from them. They sent me two new ones for free, within a couple days.

The "rainbow jewel" in the center changes color depending on viewing angle, drawing attention. The triangular shape makes it stay right-side-out regardless of activity level - unlike many other charms/pendants that have a tendency to rotate. The provided cord is about 18" long. I initially had trouble with the clasp, but 2 weeks of on-and-off wear have me fastening/unfastening it with the ease of a belt buckle, even behind my neck and without a mirror. The charm can slide off if desired. It functions as a combination jewelry/beauty piece, and an awareness-increaser - precisely because of how eye-catching it is. I'd never been asked my pronouns outside of LGBT and similar gatherings (where it tends to be the norm for everyone to ask and/or broadcast that info), until I wore this little necklace.

The media could not be loaded.  The metal holding the jewel is sturdy. I tried a bit to bend it as a test, and it won't budge. The jewel is the same way, it's stuck in there well and the whole product seems built to last. I had planned on using the pendant for a project of my own, so the length of the cord doesn't bother me, but if you need a necklace out of it, it is quite short. The metal doesn't smell bad either. Sometimes metal reacts with skin and makes a weird smell, but this one does not do that. I bought the "rainbow" jewel and it actually changes colors depending on how you look at it.

This turned out to be a VERY good choice. Pretty, good workmanship...and VERY reasonable price. OVER TIME, I've become EVEN more enamored of this pendant!!!...tho the stone DID fall out...maybe a year after purchasing...darn it!!

This looks even better than the picture. I love it. It's got multiple links I can attach the lobster claw clasp to so that I can make it work with any outfit. The gem in the middle sticks out a little more than I thought but that has no impact on how much I love this. This is perfect for a subtle hint to others about your pride or just to for personal pride and expression. The first time I wore it, I was having a group discussion about gender and noticed that one of the women in the group took notice of it and was able to understand my orientation without me saying anything.

Great product, but the clasp keeps slipping down to the front. I suspect that this is because it is heavier than the pendant itself. Er... and don't wear this in the shower...it sheds.

I'm a FTM guy so I've grown to hate jewelry over the years, but I was looking for something subtle to show pride, and I thought this looked cool. It looks great, especially the rainbow stone in the middle. I've gotten lots of complements (Usually from people who don't have a clue what it means, but that's fine) and I wear it almost every day. I've had it for three months and it still looks just as good as when I got it. The chord it comes on is just a plastic chord, but the pendant is really easy to slide off so I put it on something sturdier.

Love this my mother gave it to me as a gift, but the jewel broke off after about a month and the clasp broke which adjusting it which is fair as i’m always wearing it. Luckily it was an easy fix with superglue and some new chain
