I recieved this today. Waited 3 to 4 weeks for it which is fine because of it needing 5o be customized. However the moment I opened the damn box the chain was knotted up and I AM UNABLE TO GET THE KNOT OUT BECAUSE OF THE DESIGN OF THE GARBAGE ASS CHAIN! I AM PISSED OFF BEYOND BELIEF!! There are random larger loops towards the end and this is the reason I am unable to get the knot out. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PATHETIC GARBAGE! I am ashamed I now have to give my significant other garbage as an anniversary gift! If I could I would rate 0 stars because of the chain.
