This locket is So PERFECT! It is exactly what I have been looking for, for such a long time. I wanted simple, Sterling Silver, Custom engraving, Custom photo and this is the exact size I wanted. I highly recommend this locket. it is beautiful! The way the photo is custom done is Perfect! It is not cheap looking or cheap feeling....and the photo is curved outward like a bubble without distorting the picture. I am so pleased. I wanted everything that this has and the price was also so perfect! I had a photo of the very handsome, terribly loved and missed Fiance. He passed away several years ago. I have looked for so long for just the right locket to carry his photo in an I wanted engraving inside as well, without having to purchase a locket from one place...take it to another to have the photo put in...and then take it to get it engraved. There are so many places that will only engrave the jewelry that they sell themselves to avoid liability. It isn't always easy to get something engraved. The engraving on this piece of jewelry looks so perfectly done...No marks from an engraving tool or where it was held in place by a machine...It is just absolutely perfect and I could not be happier. I am so happy that I got The Love of My Life with me every day and now I can show everyone. This is an amazing deal and the quality is something I just cannot say enough about. If in doubt, trust me on this one:Look no further. THIS is a great buy!I received my order ahead of schedule (and that was during the week of Christmas). Not only was it timely, but the quality exceeded my expectations. This locket is solid (not lightweight or cheap feeling) and it’s very smooth. The chain is also perfect in length and proportion. The photo inside they did a wonderful job on. Perfect brightness, clarity and very crisp. The engraving inside is beautiful as well. I appreciate the way the locket snaps securely closed. Another noteworthy bonus is the packaging… so very well done. Nice gift box with a small polishing cloth inside, silver care instructions, and bag for storage/ travel.. The price is so reasonable you get more than your money’s worth. This treasure I hold close to my heart.

So...I was really excited about this locket. Really took my time with the customization. Wanted to make sure the photo was placed well and triple checked the text to make sure everything was correct before placing the order. When it arrived, the photo looked great, but the text was incorrect...wrong message, wrong font. Messaged the seller who claimed it was my fault. Offered me a 20% discount to reorder. Wasn't worth arguing about it so I said that was fine, but the link they sent for the coupon was broken. Overall, the whole experience was kind of ruined for me. Both of my parents are gone. I wanted this locket so that I could keep a photo of them with me. Pretty disappointed. Would not recommend buying from this seller. Can get the same locket with the same options from others here. Maybe you'll have better luck. Also...the chain is not my style. Lobster claw-style hook gets tangled easy. Would have to purchase a different chain to wear this piece if I could.

The media could not be loaded.  This product is very nice. It's hard to open, but I like that because I do not want it accidentally coming open. There is glass over the picture to preserve the picture. The engraving is beautiful. Comes with a silver polishing cloth. It is small, which is something I appreciate. And the small size does not take away from the quality. I can see the picture very clearly. The seller is very nice. The chain is high quality as well. The gift bag is cheaply made, but I did not need that to begin with. I will be ordering more from this seller. If you're looking for a good locket, look no further. I have had four lockets from Amazon so far. Some as expensive as 80 dollars, and this one outshines them all.
