I order this for my moms birthday or her mother that passed away it was her birthday on the 7th. I was upset it arrived late by 2 days but it came and it was beautiful. The company refunded my money and let me keep the product since it was late and I ordered it a few weeks ahead. It’s a beautiful product and brought tears to her eyes. Order extra early so you don’t miss a special occasion like I did.

Love the details & design. My chosen picture was clear and adorable.I could not use the charm on a bracelet due to the latch coming undone and snagging to clothing. I did make the charm into a necklace pendant which I love even more.I highly recommend product.

It’s really pretty but I guess it was lost in the mail. Reached out to customer service quite a few times but they assured me that I had received it. I did not. Not their fault, it was the delivery system that was used. All in all, I gave 5 stars because it is exactly what I wanted and I finally did get it.
