It took a long time to get delivered but got here in time for Christmas. The charm is small (normal Pandora charm size) but the picture was super small and they cut off the paws of the cat picture I submitted. Clarity was good but you have to look really hard to make out the picture. Daughter loved it tho!

My father just passed away so I bought this for myself. It was easy to upload the photo and position it exactly as I wanted it. I did not have high expectations. Well it blew me away!! It is perfect it has a nice weight too it not flimsy, the image has a nice thick clear coat over it and the image is so clear!! I was so happy to put it on my charm bracelet. It helps that in such a hard time of the loss of a loved one made me feel like he was still with me, I can look down and see his smiling face❤️
