I purchased this bracelet as a gift for a friend. She loved it! The quality seems very good. The bangle is a nice weight. The silver is bright and shiny. The blue opal starfish is lovely. I wish I had one for myself! I would definitely recommend purchasing this bracelet especially if you love sea life and nautical themed items.

Bracelet looks just like the picture. I was concerned it might be very thin. The only issue is that if you are carrying something with weight, the clasp can come undone. It's a great price for sterling silver though.

Really like this bracelet but is a bit awkward with the closure and the way it hangs...always drops to the bottom of wrist instead of forward facing on top for all to see. I got it because I Love the story about 2 people walking on the beach where thousands of starfish had been washed onto the shore... "It made a difference to that one!" (Look it up if you don't know what I am referring to as it is a story worth anyone's time. Anyone can make a small difference in this world.)

Bought this as Christmas gift for daughter, who loves starfish. It was very pretty but too thin and flimsy. The closure is not strong enough to keep the bracelet closed. Is not acceptable to keep. Maybe this one is just a lemon.

I like the bracelet but the starfish points were sticking out of the soft envelope it was it. Thankfully it wasn't damaged.

After months of ogling this bracelet as it sat in my wishlist, I begged my boyfriend to buy it for me for our upcoming anniversary. When I first put it on, I was surprised at how thin and flimsy the metal was, but it was beautiful and it fit great, so I brushed off my initial concerns about its quality. On the first day of wear, the bracelet kept popping open at the clasp, as the hooked end was sticking almost straight up. My boyfriend very carefully bent the tip of the hook down for me so that it would lay flatter, and this did help to keep the bracelet clasped. After less than one month of wear, however, the bracelet split almost completely in two on the bottom side (where it would touch your pulse point).I never slept or showered with this bracelet on. It never suffered any tugging or strain, as I was always careful to remove it before engaging in any activities that may snag or pull it away from my wrist. The only strain this bracelet ever endured was the regular flexion of clasping and unclasping around my wrist, which was not a stretch for the bracelet to fit at all. I have several other sterling silver bangles just like this, with the same style of clasp, and I have worn them for over a decade with no weakening or splitting of the metal. I am very disappointed. Sterling silver or not, I wouldn't pay $5 for this flimsy piece of crap. It's a gorgeous bracelet, but it is such an abysmal failure in terms of quality (and price!) that I never even requested a replacement. Please don't waste your money here, and keep looking.
