Originally I thought this order was lost in the mail, there was no updates on the shipping. The seller was very quick to respond to me and try to work something out. The original order did end up coming in so I did not need the seller to replace it like she originally had offered. The pendent was a little bit bigger than I had expected and it was harder to see the names and I thought but for the money I paid I am happy.
