Necklace is great. My daughter loves it. The seller is also great. The initial necklace I ordered ended up being smaller than we wanted. I contacted the seller and asked if I could send it back and have the name plate put onto a longer chain. They told me they would just send me a new one free of charge.

The nameplate part of this necklace is great. Obviously inexpensive materials, overly shiny, etc, but such a pretty design that I don’t mind—especially since it’s a gift for a child.The real issue I have is that the chain it came with by default is complete junk. It was already tangled in a knot when I first opened the box. I managed to get it undone (thankfully, I’m usually pretty good with knotted chains). It took me a good five minutes or so to fix it, though. It looks cheap and junky, too. Hopefully the other chains offered as an upgrade are a bit better, but I don’t know. I had hoped the default one would be sufficient, but I might end up swapping it out for one that’s a little nicer.
