I got this ring for my mother for Christmas. It sat in waiting for UPS carrier pickup for weeks, until I messaged seller and then it started its way to us. I personally felt like afterwards they weren’t going to send the product had I not messaged to check on my item. It is beautiful though, my mother loves it. It does fit a bit smidge on the smaller side so I would recommend getting a half to a whole size larger and getting a ring sizer if needed.
