Got this as a promise ring for my girlfriend and I, she absolutely loves it, and so do I. And the customer service is great. I guess it's my fault because I didnt look at the reviews.... I don't like it that the girls ring engravement is pictured to b on the bottom of the finger when it's actually put behind the diamond.... My fiances ring is nice the whole thing is written on the ring but mine is missing a symbolOn my ring I put "his name" & "my name" and the & isn't on my ring due to the whole where the diamond is.... Cute cheap idea but NOT what is advertised 😭 and sadly don't really want to go through the hassle of returning them just to get a refund...the best part of this purchase was the BOX they came in
