I have ordered from you many many times..! And I have always been very satisfied and very happy with the product that I have received. That’s why I keep ordering from you.. But On this last order..the bracelet that I got for my granddaughter for Christmas. She had it only two weeks and all the links have separated, and come apart, and the bracelet has broken… she is not rough on jewelry and is very dainty and fragile.. But where the links join together. They were Not sealed or soldered together and completely separated, and opened and came apart… She was so sad which made me very sad … As it was a very special Christmas present from grandma to granddaughter..!! For the first time I am very unpleased and dissatisfied with your product And with my purchase …!!! Iam so sad and disappointed.. and so is my granddaughter…
