I contacted the company to get a refund but only got the runaround and a response of them saying they could replace it with a new one. I soon had to call amazon right after to get my money back because they wouldn't give ma straight answer. Although it is a beautiful necklace, my interactions with the company was a different story.

Very beautiful! Smaller than I expected, the 1" height measurement includes the bail of the locket.I read reviews saying it's hard to insert the photos - and yes it is always difficult to get photos the right size and shape to put them in a locket especially if you have to cut a curved shape. Bought this to keep my daughters picture in & I absolutely love it! I’ve showered with it several times and hasn’t turned my skin green or anything. It’s also pretty durable, my daughter has tugged on it when she sees it and so far it’s held up every time. Comfortable enough to sleep while wearing, light enough to not feel like it’s there. It’s a beautiful sentiment that I will cherish as long as I have it.

Absolutely gorgeous! It arrived on time and was everything I expected. The only thing I disliked was that it did not have the option to engrave. I purchased just the locket and it came with the chain which was a plus. I do regret not paying the extra money for the picture inside the locket
