Pictures came out beautiful even though charm is a little small. The charm itself is beautiful and everyone I showed it to said so. I bot it to put my Aunt's ashes in who passed away in January,and we were having a memorial service for her in May in Tennessee. Was perfect for my bracelet and was proud to show it off. The only thing that was hard was filling it. The opening is really small and the funnel they give you doesn't screw on or sit right so we just had to sift it by hand and basically over pour to get her ashes in. They should make opening bigger or charm larger. Was also hard to screw the cap back on... wouldn't catch properly. But overall now that it's filled I'm happy I can carry a piece of her with me!! 💞

This produce “cremation charm” was supposed to be used to put my fiancé’s ashes in it. I bought 3 one for my sister in low one for my daughter and another for my sister in low . The first one I got my sister in low detach from the Screw part and lost the charm the first day she wore it. As for my daughter hers detach a week later . I got my sister in law a new one and can you believe it detached as well and was lost again! We all have cremation necklaces with some of his ashes inside. We have had them for a little over a year and not one has detached and got lost . This personalized heart photo cremation isn’t made Proper or equipped to hold your deceased love ones ashes..

The only reason this didn’t get 5 stars is because, the screw was extremely hard to untwist. I actually drove trying to unscrew it. :(. So I have to find a place that can fix it.

God forbid I put my fur babies ashes in this. I’ve had it a couple of months & all it does is fall off. Luckily I’ve been able to notice right when it happens , up until now. The first time it fell off I was absolutely shocked and worried that if I put their ashes into it they would be gone too. I sealed it with flex glue and cured it far more than 24 hours , yet it still fell off & is no where to be found. DO NOT BUY. Do not waste your money or put your pets ashes into it.

Not secure at all. First week wearing it I almost lost it. I used glue to reattach and that's the only reason it was able to hold for about 2 more months. Now I can't find it. I'm devastated. 😔
