***update April 15-STILL NO REFUND FOR MESSED UP NECKLACE AND NO RESPONSE!!!***Update: Feb 26 - they have claimed to send refunds twice and nothing has been received on my end and they’re ignoring me.***update/Jan 9-still no refund for the item messed up and no replacement***update: my second order did not turn out as well as the first. I added 2 pictures to show the messed up ones. 3 of the 4 I ordered are great but the 4th first came with what looks like writing under the fingerprint and then the sent a replacement and it has missing spots in the fingerprint. These were to be Christmas gifts after my mother passed away. It took 3 months to get the first replacement and now I reached out on 11/9 and they made an excuse and just want to refund and now aren’t writing me back.I got my daughter and myself each a necklace with my moms fingerprint and handwriting because she passed away last month. They came out so much better than expected! Just ordered 2 more for my niece and sister! Thank you for giving us this to hold onto 💖

We lost our daughter this year and wanted something to remember her and carry with us. Lots out there, but this have you an assortment to choose from. Came in just before Christmas and my wife loved it. Turned out great! Be sure to upload a good quality photo. Wish I had time to send the handwriting sample but that would have pushed it out past the holiday.

It was so beautiful, my son tried it on before giving it to his girlfriend. We were upset due to the delay in receiving it, but seeing the joy in his face and hearing how perfect it is, is the everything I could have ever hoped for.I reached out to the company about the delays, and she was very apologetic and we even got it earlier than we anticipated.
