I purchased this charm with an engraving on my handsome cat Dozer. Since I recieved it the eyelit keeps kept coming apart. I saved the loss of my charm multiple times trying to fix the flaw. Today I lost my charm. This charm was of my cat who has passed. I'm disappointed in the poorly manufactured charm. I won't buy this product again.
