Ordered this in early November and it arrived sooner than expected. It is smaller than I expected but doesn't take away from its beauty though. I highly recommend this necklace for anyone who is looking for something small yet nice to hold a passed loved one close.Being able to customize the necklace is great and easy. They allow you to see what the final product looks like before you buy it. There isn't a lot of fonts to choose from but they have a nice small selection to try out. With that being said and how small the necklace is you can't add a lot. I went with abbreviations and as you can see it came out beautifully. It came with the tools I needed to add the ashes into it.I've been wearing this necklace almost a week straight and haven't had any issues with it unscrewing, breaking, or falling off the chain. I highly recommend this necklace to anyone. I've already told several people about this product.

I ordered 10 of these. Each one was engraved perfectly, 4 sides. They came in about a week from Hong Kong DHS.They are very beautiful pieces and easy for my neighbor to fill for me. They come nicely packaged and included the filling tools.I've already given one to my mother-in-law. She has received lots of compliments on it even before they knew what it was.The photos don't do it justice but the stone is beautiful too. The chain is nice enough but I expect to change it out in the near future if it was to be worn everyday since it isn't fine jewelry or anything, but it's a low cost purchase so you get what you pay for. The pendant on the other hand can pass for finer jewelry. I may just add a shorter tie and use this to hang in a special place and to use on the Christmas tree.

Very beautiful. Nice personalized piece of jewelry. A little smaller than I expected but it's my fault. The size is clearly stated on the listing. If it was a little bigger, it would be much better for a guy. This size is better for a lady.

The necklace is a little thin and too short for me, but may be good for someone else. The charm, the most important part, is BEAUTIFUL. It's heavy and strong. The stone is the right color and fits great. The engraving is 'just so'. Flawless!

Beautifully done product!!! We lost our grandfather last year and for Christmas I got 4 of us these necklaces. Each had the persons birthstone and engraving personal to us. All four necklaces came in correct and I'm a timely manner.
