I ordered a customized bracelet from vnox for my Husband's birthday 11 : 23 . When I received the bracelet the clasp was to lose it would pop right back open. I messaged vnox to see if they sold clasps separately.. in return they messaged me back quickly & politely . They let me keep our bracelet & still re- made & customized it all over again. Shipped it for free. & it was beautiful!

I messaged the seller to make a possible change within a day of ordering. They respond right away and were able to make the change. The communication was great. The product? Meh. The actual picture was a simple design my friend made. It was my fault for not realizing these were black and white only. That part was my fault. The design was white and red. So, it didn't look great to begin with. But, it's like they were running out of ink, lol. There are lines through it that had barely any color. And the "white" for the lettering was like a tan color. It just doesn't look good. I wouldn't order it again. For $20, I can't really complain.
