The bracelet came in a black velvet draw string pouch with a small card that said “best wishes” and instructions on care and keep for jewelry and a small cloth for polishing the gold/silver pieces. Has a good weight to it since it is real lava rock! Looks awesome. The gold/silver is of great quality and the engraving looks great! Can’t wait to give this bracelet to him! Packing is fantastic, quality is great and shipping was decent.

I knew from other reviews that stated the lettering was tiny.. It is tiny lettering.. I still like the bracelet but would have really loved it if the letters were bigger..

It broke the first time my wife put it on and there is an understandable NO return policy. The positive, you can definitely see the picture clearly using a cell phone camera
