Bought this for my niece and I, and she loved it! The chain was way too small for me, so I had to replace it with another chain from a necklace, but it was the perfect length for an 8 year old.

The necklaces I received are very delicate- I didn't expect them to be so small but will be perfect for my little niece. She has not received the necklace as yet but I know that she would love it as she loves her aunty [me] very much. The necklaces were received in 2 little black sacks and very attractively wrapped. So despite the size, I have no regrets on purchasing this item.

Like to update. Along with comments made already this is so THIN, has SHARP points and is CHEAP!! Customer service has been a joke! Non existent. My Granddaughter picked it out for her Mom. She customized the engraving to say her name and the on the other “Mom”. It came with the generic “Aunt/Niece”. I checked EVERYTHING BEFORE ORDERING. I also took a snap shot of the order. Now they won’t answer and sent a paper saying it was “non refundable” because it was “custom ordered. ALSO, along with others who said chain was tangled...ours too! It is flimsy. I didn’t expect a lot given the price but certainly not this. I’m STILL returning and giving to work with Amazon for the refund. Now any gift will be late. My granddaughter is so disappointed. This ALL could have been avoided with customer service!!! Buy at your own RISK!!!

I ordered this on December 9th and it was estimated to come between the 13th and 18th. It unfortunately came the 20th so I was late mailing it out to my aunt in Colorado. The necklaces also came in one pouch together and were tangled in knots that I had to fix before I could wear mine and wrap the other. Besides all of that I really do love the necklace and my aunt was in tears when she received hers along with a picture of me with mine.

I couldn't be any happier with my purchase! Arrived just when I needed for my 6 yr old nieces Birthday! Unfortunately I have one of "those" family members, the member being my sister/nieces mom Who is bat crazy and will not let me see my niece often. This was the perfect gift. When I had a moment to pull her aside and show her I had on the niece portion of necklace and it was right next to my heart like she is. She also loved the necklace because it went perfect with her Anna Princess dress.

The item was delivered on time and it was not damaged. The item is smaller than it's picture. It would be good to mention the actual size in the description if it is not already mentioned.

A little different from the picture, the edges are not smooth on the heart. Also, it does not say forever on the back. I bought this for my niece's birthday and the necklaces didn't even come in a box, they both came in the same little ziplock bag. A little disappointed.
